主要機構性能：
1、整臺機器按照高要求，可靠性功能而設計制造，整機操作人性化設計，能在短時間內進行設定、修正、執(zhí)行、更換、記憶功能，并以**數(shù)據(jù)顯示。
2、所有傳動輥材質均為**鋼，鍍硬鉻，表面研磨。
3、傳動齒輪采用**合金鋼，經(jīng)熱處理，研磨而成。

5、機油自動平衡裝置，保持各單元油面平衡。
6、整機采用PLC控制，具有歸零，記憶等功能。(可選用PLC結合觸摸屏控制)
7、前緣式進紙方式。
8、網(wǎng)輥，可選用金屬網(wǎng)輥或陶瓷網(wǎng)紋輥，網(wǎng)輥線數(shù)可根據(jù)用戶要求選擇。
