BMY 系列模切壓痕機是我公司結合國內外同類產品的優越性能研制開發的適用于高檔彩箱、彩盒模切的專用設備。本機應用高強度叼紙牙排，先進的開牙叼紙機構能適應各類型板紙、卡紙、瓦楞紙；前后定位及測定位機構使紙張的模切精度得以保證。具備高精度間歇機構；動作迅速的氣動離合，啟動鎖版。使用可編程序控制器及人機界面，數字顯示器的工作速度，加工張數、總運行時間；機器的故障顯示使故障排除操作非常方便。應用變頻器控制主電機，無極調速，運行平穩。本機多處設有傳感器和安全裝置，保障機器正常工作和人身安全。模切壓力前后可單獨調節，手動盤車方便省力，同時還可進行無叼口模切。
BMY series die-cutting machine’s development is combined with advantages of similar products in domestic and over seas ,is a special equipment for packing products such as cartons and paper boxes. Gripper bars with high intensity are applicable to all kinds of cardboard, paperboard and corrugated paper. Frontal, back and side registration mechanism ensures great precision of die-cutting. Other parts are adopted such as intermittent mechanism with high precision, air clutch, pneumatic locking mechianism, programmable controller and man-manchine interface. The interface can display various digital information of machine such as working speed, amount of paper processed, total running time, etc. It is easy to eliminate troubles according to the display of trouble shooting. Transducer is adopted to control the main motor in achieving step-less speed variation.
