◆可在常溫下將廢舊輪胎，尤其是把全鋼絲子午線輪胎粉碎成40-120目的精細膠粉，并把輪胎中的鋼絲和尼龍纖維全部自動分離并回收再利用。

◆生產線結構相當緊湊，設備占地面積小，生產工藝流程簡單。

◆設備耗能低，投資性價比較高。

◆自動化程度相當高，生產線操作人員少。

◆根據客戶不同需要生產線可配置成手動控制和自動控制兩種類型。

◆整胎進料，鋼絲分離更撤底，纖維分離效果更好，橡膠粉纖維含量小于1%，提升橡膠粉質量，增強橡膠粉產品市場競爭力。

◆生產線最終出料可做成5-15目，15-30目顆粒，40-100目膠粉等規格，滿足不同客戶的需求。

◆中細碎機結構設計獨特，刀具使用壽命長，大大提高設備工作效率，降低設備維護成本。

◆生產線配有除煙除塵設備，在運行過程中無污染，無粉塵，無纖維擴散在車間，符合當前環保經濟，循環經濟主旋律，更契合政府環保形象宣傳需要。

3、Features of machinery:

◆ The whole input tires, after the processing, steel are completely separated and fiber can be separated up to 99% or above. The finish product is high and competitive in the market

◆.The finished line output size can be made into 5-15 mesh ,15-30 mesh grains, 40-100 mesh powder and other specifications

◆ Unique design, high output and long lifetime blade characterize secondary shredder and fine rubber shredder, which can improve the working efficiency and lower equipment maintenance cost.

◆5-7people required for FCC3000 with automatic control system, 6-8people required for FCC5000 with automatic control system,
